If you work at a desk/computer all day, you need to be utilizing these two stretches.
The first is to stretch/work the superficial front net of the myofascia network. This stretch is known as the Superman, and has been added to many an ab routine.
First lay on your stomach on the floor. Extend your arms out forward and your legs behind, both shoulder width apart. Lift arms and legs off the floor and hold for a few seconds before releasing. Repeat several times.
The second area is called the deep front net (one of the myofascia network areas). The stretch for these muscles is the Floor Cobra.
Lay on your stomach on the floor. Place your hands outside of your shoulders with your feet extended out behind you, and push your upper body off the ground fully until your arms are fully extended. Hold for a few seconds before gently lowering your upper body back down.
